Division of MCQs in ECAT (Chemistry Portion)

Based on the paper of last year below is the distribution of MCQs in Chemistry Portion of ECAT. This division is only based on Entrance test(ECAT) 2013. The division in the test of 2014 may be different than this. The purpose of this post is just to give you an idea that to which portion you should give more time. The paper of Chemistry is all book based, so you need to learn the books, learn them properly i.e each and every line.  Note:ECAT is for the students of Punjab conducted by UET Lahore, do not misinterpret it with some other test. To score full marks in physics you must prepare the entire books of FSC and practice numerical and examples problems of all chapters. Based on the paper of last year below is the distribution of MCQs in Maths Portion of ECAT. This division is only based on Entrance test(ECAT) 2013. Before 2011 the division of MCQs was totally different. From 2011 and onwards the division is almost the same. There are always the questions from Logarithm in the test, so you need to study them well. If you want to score 25+ in Maths portion out of 30 , you need to prepare the complete books. Division of MCQs in ETEA (Maths Portion)

Based on the papers of last few years below is the distribution of MCQs in Maths Portion of ETEA (Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency kpk) Engineering Paper. This is not the official scheme, there can be a little bit variation in the original paper of 2014 which you people will face on August 10. This division will give you an idea which part is more important than the rest. At the end if you have less time for revision you can go through the chapters with 3 or more MCQs. If you want to score full in maths portion of ETEA you need to solve and read the complete books. The key to getting fine marks in Maths portion of ETEA or anyother exam involving maths is PRACTICE. Fee Structure of Nust For Under-Graduate Students. Fee of Engineering Students Existing students : Rs. 70,000 per semester New Students : Rs 75,000 per semester Fee of Medical Students 175,000 pear yer for all students. Fee of Business Studies and Social Sciences Existing students : Rs. 82,000 per semester New Students : Rs 87,000 per semester Moreover at time of admission students have to pay admission processing fee (35,000) and a security deposit (10,000) . Note: These do not include the hostel and mess charges. Hostel Charges: Biseater room: 4300 per month Triseater room: 3300 per month. Mess charges: Rs 150 per day.

ECAT 2014 Registrations Dates to Remember: Registration starting from July 14, 2014 . Last date to register for ECAT : August 11, 2014 Date of Test: August 24, 2014 Announcement of Result: August 31, 2014 How to Apply: You can apply online or by visiting the test center. Online process : Fill the form given on the link:  UET admissions   After completing the form get a print out of your application form and the challan form. Submit the challan from in any HBL branch. 2 or 3 days after submitting the fee the admit card will be added to the website which you can download. By Visiting Test Center: Fill the form given on the link above and get the challan form and submit it. Visit the test center in which you want to appear. Carry your CNIC or B-Form, two passport sized photographs and copy of challan form. On submitting this material you will be provided the admit card at the spot.
